Project include:
* Assess the present regulatory framework for water and wastewater tariffs
* Collect necessary data, especially the financial, that is needed to generate the tariff and revenue for the project targeted areas .
* Review the available water and wastewater tariff systems.
* Assess different options for separate tariff systems for water and wastewater.
* Review the existing affordability study of quality water and wastewater services .
